Nicolet College - College Visit Day Oct. 8 at Nicolet

College Visit Day Oct. 8 at Nicolet

Nicolet WalkwayCollege-bound high school students and their parents are invited to explore Nicolet College during the upcoming College Visit Day scheduled for 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 8, on the Rhinelander campus.

Prospective students will learn how college is different than high school, what a typical day is like, how to apply for scholarships and financial aid, what academic programs are available, and how to work through the admissions process. Students will also get a tour of the campus.

While the tour is happening, parents can attend a special session just for them. "Parents have questions about college that are oftentimes different than what their children will ask," said Susan Kordula, director of enrollment services at Nicolet. "This session will be geared specifically for parents to talk about any questions or concerns they may have about their child attending Nicolet."

College Visit Day activities will be based in the Nicolet College Theatre located in the Learning Resources Center. While geared toward high school students, anyone of any age interested in attending Nicolet is invited to attend College Visit Day.

To register for this free event, contact the Admissions Office at (715) 365-4912 or 1-800-544-3039, ext, 4912, or by email at nclark@nicoletcollege.edu. Interested individuals can also learn more about the college by visiting the Nicolet website at www.nicoletcollege.edu.

The Rhinelander campus is located one mile south of the city just off of Hwy. G.
