Nicolet College - Empty Bowls
Empty Bowls nets $2,590
for area food pantries
The Nicolet College Empty Bowls Hunger Project event held earlier this year raised a total of $2,590 for area food pantries, with the money recently being divided equally between seven area organizations.
The community fundraising event featured soup served in hand-made pottery bowls made by area potters in the Nicolet College Art Department.
