Nicolet College - College Transfer Day Nov. 3 at Nicolet College

College Transfer Day
Nov. 3 at Nicolet College

Area residents interested in starting a bachelor’s degree at Nicolet College are invited to the Rhinelander campus from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 3, for College Transfer Day.

Representatives from Nicolet and 10 other colleges and universities will be available in the Learning Resources Center to discuss how to start a bachelor’s degree at Nicolet, a two-year college, and then transfer to a four-year institution to finish the degree.

Current and former Nicolet students and current high school students, especially seniors, are strongly encouraged to attend.

Colleges and universities that will be represented include the University of Wisconsin-Madison, UW-Stevens Point, UW-Green Bay, UW-Milwaukee, UW-Stout, UW-Oshkosh, UW-Superior, Northland College, Silver Lake College, and Upper Iowa University.

Nicolet has partnerships with all of these schools, as well as several others, which allow students to start bachelor’s degree at Nicolet and then transfer to complete their studies.

Many of these partnerships allow students to stay in this area and complete a bachelor’s degree on-line or with classes held over an Interactive Television (ITV) network. For more information, contact Nicolet’s Missy Wegner at (715) 365-4527, 1-800-544-3039, ext. 4527, or by email at mwegner@nicoletcollege.edu.
