Nicolet College - UW-Green Bay bachelor's degree info sessions scheduled at Nicolet

UW-Green Bay bachelor's degree
info session  Aug. 6

Want to earn you University of Wisconsin bachelor's degree as a working adult in Rhinelander?

UW-Green Bay's Office of Adult Degree Programs is offering two information sessions that will outline unique opportunities for residents of the Northwoods to earn a University of Wisconsin-Green Bay bachelor's degree right in the Rhinelander area by taking courses online, on the Nicolet College campus, or (in some cases) by taking courses in Green Bay on Saturdays - one weekend per month.

Through a partnership between Nicolet College and UW-Green Bay's Adult Degree Program, bachelor's degrees can now be obtained by taking a majority of classes online and at Nicolet College with minimal (if any) travel to Green Bay. Also, many areas of emphasis within the bachelor's degree areas can be pursued completely online, or by taking classes in Rhinelander with no coursework required in Green Bay at all.

Eric Craver from UW-Green Bay's Adult Degree Program will be presenting these sessions on:

• Thursday, Aug. 6 at 6 p.m. at the Northern Advantage Job Center, 100 West Keenan Street (across from Trig's Grocery) in Rhinelander.

Anyone interested in attending these free public information seminars can pre-register online at www.uwgb.edu/adultdegrees/infosessions. Or, just feel free to show up! Walk in's are welcome and no registration is required. Call UW-Green Bay at (800) 621-2313 with questions or e-mail Eric at cravere@uwgb.edu.

UW-Green Bay is pleased to partner with Nicolet College and with local agencies and employers in the Northwoods to promote higher education for working adults.
