Gingerbread Houses

Nicolet College Culinary Arts students let their creativity shine when they were recently tasked with making gingerbread houses. Travis Syverson from Boulder Junction thought big and created Miller Park out of gingerbread. Candy Loppnow from Eagle River recreated the Eagle River Ice Arena. Others took the more traditional route, creating quaint cottages set in wintery holiday themes.
